24-hour free cancellation period

Click&Rent offers a 24-hour free cancellation period for all standard policies. Guests can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation is confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.

Full refund

Guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund, including all fees.

50% refund

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund, including fees. The host will receive 50% of the total amount for all nights.

Without refund

If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, they will receive a refund only for the prorated fees, and the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
