Стоил завършва Университета в Единбург през 2014 г. и още от 2013 г. се занимава активно с краткосрочно отдаване под наем. Той е управител на Click and Rent – компания с офиси във Великобритания и България, специализирана в управлението на имоти. Стоил е дългогодишен член на Шотландската асоциация за туристически имоти (ASSC), а през 2019 г. става съучредител и член на управителния съвет на Асоциация за Туристически Имоти и Иновации (АТИИ).
